Artistic Director

Artistic director Naeim Rahmani is a native of Isfahan,  Iran and is the driving force behind this project.  An accomplished classical guitarist, Naeim is passionate about bringing together artists from Iran and the US and is especially excited about the current collaboration with the Seattle Mandolin Orchestra.
As a solo guitarist Naeim has performed around the US and internationally and has won prizes at guitar competitions in Seattle, San Francisco and Louisville. Naeim is a graduate of the University of Washington and completed his Master's degree with Rene Izquierdo at the University of Wisconsin.  He previously worked as guitar faculty at the nationally recognized Latino Arts Strings program in Milwaukee. Naeim currently works in the Performing Arts division at Bellevue College and is a booking coordinator for Aranjuez Artists, Inc.
